Due to the nature of our IT services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has been initiated, services have been rendered, or development work has started. However, we do consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the agreed service within the stipulated timeframe due to internal reasons.
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Technical Errors: If an error or issue caused by our team makes the service unusable, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If the client decides not to proceed after project initiation.
- Service Already Delivered: Once the work has been completed, tested, and delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Delayed Client Response: If the delay in service completion is due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or resources.
- Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party integrations, hosting providers, or external software dependencies.
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@bcstech.in, including relevant details such as transaction ID, invoice number, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request within 7-10 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins: If a service is canceled before the commencement of work, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and processing fees.
- During Project Execution: Cancellations during an ongoing project may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the work completed up to that point.
- Post-Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
6. Modification of Refund Policy
Borse Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
