• Client/User: Any individual, business, or organization using our services.
• Services: IT consulting, software development, website design, cybersecurity solutions, and other related services.
• Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement.

2. Scope of Services

• We provide IT consulting, software solutions, and support services as per the agreed contract.
• The scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal for each project.
• Any modifications or additional work outside the original scope may require an additional agreement and fees.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or unethical activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, access codes, or sensitive information shared during service usage.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed contract terms.
• Any delay in payment may result in service suspension or additional late fees.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All software, designs, and content developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients may use the delivered work only for their intended purpose and may not resell or modify it without prior approval.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service.
• We will take reasonable measures to protect your data but are not liable for breaches caused by third parties or cyberattacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality IT solutions but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms.
• Clients may also request service termination, subject to applicable cancellation policies.
• Any outstanding payments must be cleared before service termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chh Sambhaji Nagar (Maharashtra).

10. Amendments & Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
